A niche that we serve is carbon fiber infused components.  They are foam cored encapsulated in various layers of carbon fiber.  This process creates components that are very light but yet very strong.  For example, we are able to build small wind turbine blades that weigh less than 1/2 pound, but yet strong enough to support 60 pounds.  Also, if the components are required to stand up to high heat usage, we have the ability to ensure that components will provide the service required for the environment they will be used in.  In cases where weight is very critical, we can also make the components hollow to further reduce weight.

We also make even simple parts better than most composite companies because of better processes and materials.  Where many manufactures still spray chopped fiberglass and resin into an open mold, we typically use closed molding techniques.  The parts are better because of consistent thickness.  However the best improvement is that the back side of the part that is typically rough with glass fibers visible, our parts are smooth on the backside.  A side benefit to this process is that the amount of resin used is better controlled ultimately making the parts lighter and stronger.  Also because the closed molding technique is a more efficient method of making parts, the parts are cost effective.
